KLI Residency

The KLI Residency is a two-year program at Together We Church designed to equip the next generation of church leaders. Residents will finish the program with a seminary degree, a wealth of practical church experience and knowledge, and ministry connections that will last a lifetime. Click below for our church website and to read through the KLI Resident Manual.

About KLI

The Kinney Leadership Institute (KLI) is named after Scott Kinney, long time pastor at Together We Church. Through the years, he was able to help train and mentor many younger pastors. This program exists to train up the next generation of pastors and church leaders who will continue the Kingdom work of taking the Gospel to the world, and continue the legacy of its namesake.

As a resident in the KLI, you will have the opportunity to pursue your seminary degree while simultaneously gaining firsthand experience working in a local church. Through ministry concentrations, you can exercise the gifts God has given you to serve the church, all under the supervision and mentorship of an experienced pastor.

You will be shaped and developed, challenged, encouraged, and prepared for a lifetime of ministry ahead. You will grow in your leadership, and form lifelong ministry connections. It is our desire that this be the first step in a ministry that spans the rest of your life.
